On Monday, December 8, 2025, with the presence of the Director of the General Registry at the University of Zakho, Dr. Pashtiwan Mohammed Ameen Karim, a special workshop was organized for the registry directors of all colleges affiliated with the university.

During this workshop, several important topics related to organizing registry operations were discussed, with a focus on improving efficiency, modernization, and integrating technology into university registration processes. Discussions also covered the main pillars and collaborative mechanisms, including workflow organization, the use of new administrative procedures, and the implementation of technological strategies.

It is worth noting that the workshop was presented by Dr. Pashtiwan Mohammed Ameen Karim and Dr. Chia Saleh Ajaj, and at the end, a discussion session was opened in which participants’ questions were received and answered.
